Terms of Service

AstraHire is an online tool that helps you build and tailor resumes, search job listings, generate cover letters, and prepare job applications using AI. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

We offer a free plan and paid plans (subscriptions and one-time passes). Prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to that provider’s terms.

Paid plans grant the features and usage limits described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• resell or share access in violation of your plan’s limits.

You keep ownership of the resume and profile content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the service (including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate suggestions). AI output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee any job, interview, or hiring outcome.

The service relies on third parties (for example AI providers, job-listing sources, our database host, and our payment provider). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myat Thiha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
