This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans on AstraHire, operated by Myat Thiha.
You can use the free plan at no cost. There is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account’s billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review your request for a refund. Because most of our cost is incurred when AI and live job-search features are used, refunds may be reduced or declined where a plan has been substantially used (for example, a one-time pass whose AI/search allowance has largely been consumed). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
One-time purchases (such as the 7-Day Pass and Founding Lifetime) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the included AI and live job-search allowance has not been substantially used.
Email support@astrahires.com with the email address on your account and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days. Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.
