• Account data: your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile basics.
• Resume & profile content: the resume, job-target, and application details you enter or upload.
• Usage data: features you use, AI usage counts, and basic technical logs.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

To provide and improve the service: build and tailor resumes, run AI features, search jobs, manage your plan and usage limits, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

To generate suggestions (tailoring, ATS scoring, cover letters), the content you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini and, optionally, models via OpenRouter). They process it to return a result; we do not use your content to train our own models.

We share data only with service providers that help us run AstraHire — including our database host, AI providers, job-listing sources, and our payment provider (Merchant of Record) — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and preferences (such as theme). These are necessary for the service to function.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — including deleting your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the latest version. This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
